Danae Marquez is Co-Director and part owner of Avance School of Real Estate LLC, where she leads marketing strategy and teaches the school's hands-on automation curriculum. She is also the Designated Broker of HomePros Advantage, the recruiting and agent-benefits arm of the HomePros brokerage operation.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Marketing from Grand Canyon University and is certified in marketing by the University of Arizona.

Teaching

Danae teaches Set It and Forget It, a hands-on automation class for working Arizona real estate agents delivered in person throughout the Phoenix Valley. The class teaches agents to build AI workflows that run on their own schedule — covering the three-layer model of Brain (the AI that researches and writes), Hands (the connectors that act on the world), and Clock (the scheduler that runs the workflow without you starting it).

The class is taught separately from Avance's online CE curriculum and is open to agents from any brokerage.

Avance School of Real Estate

As Co-Director and part owner of Avance, Danae oversees marketing strategy, brand development, and the school's outreach to Arizona's licensee community. She works alongside Director Josh Marquez to shape Avance's editorial position: that agents need AI guidance that's anchored in Arizona law, not generic vendor marketing.

HomePros Advantage

As Designated Broker of HomePros Advantage, Danae oversees the recruiting and agent-benefits operations supporting HomePros's growth in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
