The class. An instructor, the curriculum, the materials, and the certificate process. We show up and teach. We build the class around your schedule.
Most title companies design their own. Send it over before it goes out and we'll make sure it carries everything the Arizona Administrative Code requires for a real estate school. It's a five-minute check that keeps everyone clean.
You open it, you're in front of every agent who walks in, and you're the reason they got their hours. That's the whole point.
Licensed Arizona agents who want to work faster and market better. CE attendees come for required hours — 24 every two years across seven categories — and remember who provided them. Workshop attendees come because they want the skill. Classes run throughout the Phoenix Valley.
