Avance School of Real Estate

ADRE License S22-0004 · Founded 2022 · AI-powered relaunch 2026 · Phoenix, Arizona

Avance School of Real Estate LLC is an Arizona-licensed continuing education provider for real estate licensees, approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate under license number S22-0004.

The school was founded on April 21, 2022, by Josh Marquez, Designated Broker of HomePros, and initially delivered continuing education through traditional in-person classroom instruction. In February 2026, Avance relaunched. The school uses its ADRE approval (License S22-0004) to offer continuing education. Courses are delivered on an AI-powered platform with an AI instructor (Ada), optional spoken narration, face verification, and adaptive coaching.

Editorial Position

Avance is the school where Arizona agents learn what AI tools actually save time, what's snake oil, and how to build automations that run without you.

Every course, every issue of the school's publication, and every product Avance ships is anchored in Arizona Revised Statutes, the Arizona Administrative Code, ADRE Substantive Policy Statements, federal law, and Arizona case law — not in National Association of REALTORS or Arizona Association of REALTORS materials. This approach ensures the school's content serves all Arizona licensees, whether REALTOR association members or MLS Choice subscribers.
